These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of steadypilot.ai (the "Site") and to communications from Daniel Fedorovsky, doing business as SteadyPilot ("SteadyPilot," "we," "us," or "our"), including our text messaging program. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
SteadyPilot provides website, AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, and review request services to local service businesses. Services for paying clients are also governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not try to disrupt the Site, access it without permission, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
Program description. When you opt in through the form on our Site, SteadyPilot will send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old.
Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Prices shown on the Site, including the founding-client offer, are for general information and may change. Final pricing and terms are set in your written service agreement.
The Site's content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to SteadyPilot or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
The Site and our services may use or link to third-party services (such as GoHighLevel, Google, and phone carriers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific business results, number of calls, bookings, reviews, or revenue from our services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SteadyPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
